I ordered this tote September 25 and still have not received it, as of October 18. I have been in touch with the seller and she has been very nice and told me customer service is very important to her. I appreciate her prompt responses to my e-mails but I still don’t have my order. Hopefully it will come soon and I will be able to adjust my review. I have ordered several things on Jane and have received everything pretty quickly. I am disappointed that I didn’t get my tote to take on my trip that I ordered it for.

Ordered 9/25, shipped a week late on 10/7. I emailed them as to why it hadn't shipped yet. They did respond quickly but I was not told it was coming direct from China, just that they were delayed. Tracking as of 10/16 still shows the package in China. I would never order from The Fallen Pear again.

Ordered on sept 23 or something. Said it shipped on Oct 7th, today is Oct 16th.... still have not received it!!! The tracking # says its in the way to ups..... sense the 7th!!.......... emailed them & they said its on the way. finally got this thing on 11-2. Had a broken zipper. Not as cute as i hoped!

Thank. God. My puppy loves to be rambunctious and pace constantly in the back seat which drives me nuts and also worries me for her safety. Attached this to her harness and it took care of everything. I only wish it could be shortened more than it does!

Ordered Sept. 30th and still haven’t received. Tried contacting the buyer but have been ignored. Worried I will never get this purchase. Wouldn’t have ordered if knew coming from China bc of the extremely long shipping process. Buyer beware!!

I ordered this tote a few weeks ago and still haven't rec'd it. It still isn't showing that I can track it yet either because it hasn't even been sent to a delivery carrier. Had I know it wasn't coming from the states, I would not have ordered. STILL waiting on my item but would almost rather cancel (if I could figure out how) at this point.

Only chose a star because it makes you, they wouldn’t even get 1 from me!!! Low on inventory or not please inform a customer BEFORE you decide to have it shipped from China!!!! Had I know it wasn’t coming from the states, I would not have purchased. I’d prefer my money back at this point!! Shipping time is crazy stupid and so upsetting.

Ordered three weeks ago, item said it would ship within 7 days from Texas. Finally got tracking info last week and it says the item is coming from CHINA. That is NOT what I signed up for. I should have looked at the shop’s reviews before I ordered. Buyer beware. UPDATE: Those in the same situation, email Jane support. They were very helpful and offered a full refund. Couldn’t be more impressed with Jane’s customer service. Sadly can’t say the same for this shop.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped...tracking information says it’s coming from China, but hasn’t even been sent to the carrier yet. Not happy.

Haven’t received this tote yet

I still haven't received my item and it said it'd ship within 5 days, it's been 3 weeks.

Ordered on sep 25, has been processing since. It’s now Oct 12th.

Jane is asking me to review this product but I still haven’t received it. I placed the order on the 25th of September and it’s just now showing that it’s coming from China.

I'm very disappointed in my experience buying this purse. I ordered this on the 23rd of Sept. It was set to ship on the 4th of October. I sent an email to the seller on the 7th inquiring on the shipping progress. Though the seller was polite in her email and apologized, the purse still hasn't left China and it's the 11th of October.

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago. I had to email the seller to get any info on it. They told me that they were about to ship it out. 4 days later I got shipping info saying it was coming from China. It has sat in shipping for the last 4 days. No movement. I am really not happy with the seller at all.

Haven’t received it yet because, according to the shipping information, it’s still in China. I never would have ordered had i known the length of time for shipping.

I never received my bag. I had been in contact with the seller because my order was lost in transit somewhere. They seemed eager to help me find out where my purchase was located...but days later and I still havent heard anything back ( after seller promised to follow up and get one from her distributor to send to me immediately, but I never heard from her again.) Very disappointed, was looking forward to getting this bag. Would give a better review if this issue is resolved, but as of now I would definitely not recommend this seller nor would I ever buy again from them. Will be be asking for a full refund.
