I ordered this on September 25. I may get it today Just buy a purse from a store y'all
Besides the fact that it took longer to receive than expected (which happens from time to time for boutiques) this purse is great! I love the rugged canvas look. It’s huge enough to fit all my “Mom needs” and has great pockets inside. I got the gray...great for fall!
Customer service was not honest when I reached out about when I’d receive this purse. Said they had larger than expected orders and would ship as soon as possible. She failed to tell me that it was shipping from CHINA! I ordered on 9/25. On October 9th it finally updated that it was in a facility in China, but it never updated from there and I never ended up getting the purse. Jane stepped in and refunded my money. I’ll never order from this company again.
Ordered in September 23 & was received October 16, after when I wanted it. But, it is cute & definitely roomy. Perfect for a weekend away. Will hesitate to order again from this company only because of the delay in shipping.

Took a very long time to arrive, about a month. Wrong color arrived. Sent message to seller to get the correct color sent to me, haven’t heard back. Beware of this seller.
I have been waiting for my order for a LONG time! It showed that it shipped Oct 7th but I have yet to receive it. I’m not happy.
I have yet to receive my item. It shows it shipped October 4th and still has not been received. I have email the vendor and no response.
There should a negative star! Ordered this thinking it was coming from Texas September 23rd, October 23rd still in CHINA! Be honest with your sales and where they are coming from!
Just received my bag. The bag Itself is cute and big. Unfortunately it took 2 days shy of a month to get the product. I reached out to the seller and she was quick to respond and apologetic about the delay. If I knew the product was coming from China and would take a month to receive I wouldn’t have purchased.
I was bummed to find it didn’t come with instructions for use. I see it says where to put the vinegar and water, but I can’t remember for how long 🤦🏼♀️
I’m so sad to leave this review as I never do this but the shipping on this is getting ridiculous. Like many other recent reviews, it shows it shipped Oct 7 but has been stuck in a facility in China since Oct 9. It is currently Oct 20... I’m usually lenient with shipping from Jane as I never expect it to be timely but I have never had this problem. If I get my shipment or if not, I will update my review... and if I don’t, I will be expecting a refund. Oct 25- Still no change in the shipment status. I was charged for this item on Sept 25. One month ago. Emailed the seller a second time and still no response. Oct 28- I received my order. It looks just as pictured and I really like it. I still never received a response from the seller which is disappointing. A response that just said “we’re sorry, there was an issue with the shipping and we are actively working on this issue to get you your item” would have been all I needed. Increased my review from 1 star, because the item is here and good, but can not recommend the seller due to the poor customer service.
