These are digital downloads that you print or have printed as referenced 13 times in this listing including on your subject line on the email that you sent me initially and that I replied to immediately with this information. I have sent the files 3 separate times to you and we have emailed each other back and forth. Once you got my reply you came on here to issue this 1 star review as you thought you were receiving actual prints in the mail and not the printable files as advertised and as I explained to you via email. I am easy to contact as you know and my email address is on each deal that I offer. I love what I do and I pride myself on nothing short of 100% excellent customer service.
