They do not stick on water bottles well. They are beautiful, but don’t stay.

That's interesting, I have never had issues and mine and my friends and family members have been on for years, including through the dishwasher. Perhaps you have this order confused with another vendor. You can see by all of the 5 star reviews that this isn't accurate.
