Overall I love this bag. Great quality but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! I emailed this company about four times for a status update because there was no update on Jane.com no one emailed me back at all. Worse customer service I’ve ever had. No one has responded to any of my emails yet. I just received my package yesterday. It’s a very slim chance that I would order from this company again even though I love their products.

I ordered Aztec Style 1. It took quite a bit of time to ship after I ordered it and the colors aren't near what they are as presented on the screen. I realize colors vary from computer monitors and in person, but this piece is much more dingy than what's on the screen. The yellow is more of an olive and the pink is more maroon. The "white" isn't near white at all. It looks like it's old and been washed with a black shirt.

This bag is horribly made. I bought it just 2 months ago and it is falling apart. The stitching on the handles and the bottom of the purse stitching is coming undone. I am not hard on things so I am surprised how this bag hasn't lasted. When I reached out to the seller with pictures and asking for some help, they have yet to respond. I will not be purchasing a thing from pink ever after in the future. Horrible product, horrible customer service.
