This bag is gorgeous! The monogram is perfect! I love it!

Loved everything about it except it had a scratch right next to the monogram. Other than that it's perfect!!

Packaging caused the hat to be wrinkled and shoved into mailer, and now won't lay flat

The handle has broken and the inside liner has ripped. I barely carry anything in a purse. This was discouraging.

Overall I love this bag. Great quality but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! I emailed this company about four times for a status update because there was no update on Jane.com no one emailed me back at all. Worse customer service I’ve ever had. No one has responded to any of my emails yet. I just received my package yesterday. It’s a very slim chance that I would order from this company again even though I love their products.
