The necklace is pretty but the fastener does not smoothly open and shut.

The clasp cannot be opened. (Multiple people have tried!) The necklace color is also not quite as expected, but the main concern is the clasp. 😞 It seems that this is something that should pass inspection before sending it out to the customer. Disappointed, as this was purchased as a gift for a special occasion.
