Broke within minutes :(

Never received, reached out to the seller and they said they would send another and never received it. Going to have to contact Jane now.

I ordered two of these necklaces and within the first hour of wearing one of them, it broke. Hopefully the other one will hold up better.

Ordered two. One broke before even removing the packaging. Very delicate.

Sadly all 3 we bought broke within in 12 hours of wearing. My sisters and I got these for a Colorado trip. Mine broke within just opening the package. The other two broke on my sisters while walking shops. I did contact the seller to replace mine when it broke before wearing and then a few hours two more broke and it isn’t worth replacing all 3 broke! - but I would like a refund. I have to say the seller has great service and a very cute product but the quality doesn’t last.

I misunderstood. I thought the necklace was engraved to say choose happy. It’s just a solid silver bar with no writing. Only the paper says choose happy!
