I love the premise of the style of this necklace, I have worn it twice and the gold is wearing off. So ot now looks like cheap costume jewelery. I'm disappointed because I really love this.

UPDATE to UPDATE: After finally getting Customer Service involved, I did receive a refund but not the correct necklace like they told me they were going to do. They tried to say they didn't receive my return. Anyway, Be cautious doing business with these folks, or make sure you order the correct item when placing in your cart because you're in for a headache if you don't!! UPDATE: FINALLY got a response from the seller. Had to send the product back on my dime and instead of exchanging for the necklace I originally ordered and wanted; They are just saying Jane will refund me. I personally will not deal with this seller again. Hope I at least get my money back. Did not get what I ordered which was the "Dainty Necklace". I received another necklace that is just a mess and was aggravating to wear. I emailed the seller twice and never received a response. Would have loved to get the necklace I wanted but now I'm out money for a piece I will probably never wear again. Disappointed...

Generic looking

Poor quality. I purchased 4 necklaces. 1 broke immediately and they all tarnished/stained our skin by the end of the first day of wear. While they were adorable and the card included, I adored, the necklace itself was trash.

Very pretty necklace and a good length. Easy to put on and looks great!
