When I received my necklace the chain was tarnished half way around. Very cheap

These necklaces are small and super cute and my daughter and I love them. One of them arrived broken but I contacted the seller and in less than 24 hours, they had shipped me a replacement. Great product and excellent customer service.

I sent the seller a message that the beads that are pictured are not what was sent- what was sent are big and bulky beads. No response from the seller. I’m not pleased.

Product is very nicely made. When it got lost in the mail, seller contacted me and shipped me a new product right away.
