I got a track it that said they were delivered// they were not they were delivered to another state-/ when I contacted the company she told me I received the wrong tracking and she would send me correct tracking- I have emailed her for 4 days and she will not answer- all I want is CustomerSupport to tell me where my 70$ worth of merchandise is!!!!!!!! Thanks

Cute, but they are the same labels I could print on my home computer cheaper. Not exactly what I was expecting.

Material is a little thin, but I LOVE that you can personalize it!

Not at all what is pictured. What finally arrived after weeks of waiting and several emails was a tan canvas tote with black handles. The quality of the fabric is poor and would not recommend this product. The idea is cute but the product itself will not last any significant amount of time.

Really cute, but the "O" font on the monogrammed shirt I ordered looks like a "D", so my daughter was unhappy her initials are "wrong". Overall cute shirts, but they shipped out on the date I was notified that I was supposed to receive it, ironically the same day that I contacted them for an update. I will still use them again, though.

They put the wrong address on them but the package they shipped them to was correct. Contacted them and they will not send me new ones withat correct address.
