Color was no where close to what it showed

I ordered 3 pillow cases and they were due to be shipped 2 weeks ago . The tracking number still shows the pre packing info (so no info at all) and the seller hasn't answered my email about the status of my order. Super disappointed as these were going to be Christmas presents for my daughter and her 2 best friends.
Wish I would've ordered more.....I have so many more people on the list now!
