Love these sheets! I bought 2 sets!

The title for this product says "Egyptian Comfort 1800 Count Sheet Set" so it seems like they're trying to imply that they're similar to Egyptian cotton with a high thread count. These are microfiber, but the packaging for the actual product says nothing about Egyptian comfort. And the 1800 count is really the 1800 series - part of the product name. I feel like I was mislead a bit. It's a very thin microfiber that feels/looks like it would tear easily. I'm returning them. Don't think it's worth the $$.

This pillow is extremely firm. The inner filling is very lumpy and in some places feels like there is hard plastic pieces. This pillow also has an odd smell

Not as good quality as a pricier version I purchased at the store. However, it works for my son.

This pillow STINKS! Literally, smells like its damp or mildewed..? And it's flat as a pancake. It came rolled up and stuffed in a too-small bag and even the "fluff in the dryer" technique hasn't helped. Also, it took two weeks to get an order confirmation. I've contacted the seller but I'm not holding out much hope. The product is not at all as described. I love Jane but I I hope they'll take note and stop doing business with this seller.

Have contacted seller with NO RESPONSE!!! FLAT AS PANCAKES!!! Need to know how to return, and get this product off here. Only thing I've ever bought on Jane.com that was POOR QUALITY and a seller that would not reply!

pillows came in extremely flat. I opened them, hoping somehow that exposure to air would make them fluff up. That didnt happen. They also have an odor to them. I'm hoping that the company doesnt give me trouble returning them.

Over filled may be an over statement. Nice quality, fits well.

Followed the directions to fluff the pillow. After 36 hours the pillow was fluffy but limp. It feels like the foam is broken up in the inside of the pillow. When I contacted the Final Grab, they suggested putting the pillow on high heat in the dryer for 20 minutes. All this did was make it fluffy & lumpy. There is not memory left in the pillow. Hoping they make good on this pillow. If they won't back their product then I suggest anyone looking at this pillow to look elsewhere.
