So soft!
**3rd Update - I contacted the company about the missing bottom insert from my first ottoman, they responded the same day and are shipping me the missing piece. Excellent customer service! 5-Star purchase for sure!** **Updated Review - I just received the second one I ordered and it did come with an insert for the bottom so the ottoman keeps it's shape. But it looks slightly different than the first one I ordered - the fabric is the same color, but the style is a little different (the top is stitched differently, and it's not shaped the same - it's more rounded, less square). I still love them both, I just wanted two of the exact same items. I would also REALLY like an additional insert for my first ottoman - that makes a HUGE difference.** **Original Review** I loved this so much that I had to see if they were still available and they had ONE left in the color I needed! The fabric is very high-quality, it looks great in my living room. The only negative thing is that it seems like there should be a piece or insert that goes on the bottom so the item keeps it's shape (otherwise the sides just fold in, even with the top on). I'm sure if you have it filled with stuff, that might help. I'm just going to cut a piece of cardboard to put in the bottom. It's obviously not a deal breaker for me since I ordered a second one! I love using this as a footrest under my desk while working - it allows me to lean back and rest a little, but still keeping my home office looking stylish. This is a great purchase!
