Two and a half weeks later, my order still shows as processing. I contacted the seller with no response. Had Jane get involved, they emailed the seller and the seller said they would look into it. Still no response and since it shows as “processing” I can’t return it.

Thinner material than I thought it would be.

I never received it.

I ordered this on April 17, I have heard nothing. I have tried to contact the seller, it says it should ship by April 25. I don't know how to review something that I don't have. I don't like leaving negative reviews at all, but I would either like the product or a refund.

Order grey received pink and hasn’t responded to emails

I received the wrong item. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but this company billed me for 4 items and only shipped 3. I tried to contact them from my order history and it was not available. I finally found an email and I am going to try to contact them this way.

These were listed and shown to be in three color packages. What I received what three completely clear exactly the same. I wanted them for my three kids so they could tell who's was who's by color. Colors shown as package were perfect so I bought. Didn't get what I paid for. Also, plastic I was given is VERY hard and hurts.

I love these. They cover your entire face. I will put a paper towel or coffee filter inside of it. Trying to put some masks around your ears can be a fit problem - not with these. Fabric is nice and soft and pattern is stylish. Delivery time was reasonable considering all that is going on. Packaging is attractive black and white check and easy to locate in mail. I AM ORDERING MORE iF I CAN LOCATE THEM.

They did not stick. We did mine and my two daughters and out of the three of us we have one nail left, not one each just one. Wasted money.

I purchased this item on 4/11. It wasn’t shipped until 4/20 and then the item isn’t even the same as the picture shown. The item I received is hideous.

These work really well, much better than expected. My 5 year old loves having "rainbow hair".

Makes the hair feel so nasty. Color not that bright either!

Cute but sent me the wrong one. With all the Covid stuff going on I’m not dealing with sending back but other then it being wrong it’s still cute!
