Two and a half weeks later, my order still shows as processing. I contacted the seller with no response. Had Jane get involved, they emailed the seller and the seller said they would look into it. Still no response and since it shows as “processing” I can’t return it.

I was assured that they just missed the scan however after seeing the the tracking numbers were still not moving we made the decision to reship these. It should be there this week. So sorry for the delay!

I ordered this on April 17, I have heard nothing. I have tried to contact the seller, it says it should ship by April 25. I don't know how to review something that I don't have. I don't like leaving negative reviews at all, but I would either like the product or a refund.

I received the wrong item. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but this company billed me for 4 items and only shipped 3. I tried to contact them from my order history and it was not available. I finally found an email and I am going to try to contact them this way.

These were listed and shown to be in three color packages. What I received what three completely clear exactly the same. I wanted them for my three kids so they could tell who's was who's by color. Colors shown as package were perfect so I bought. Didn't get what I paid for. Also, plastic I was given is VERY hard and hurts.

I love these. They cover your entire face. I will put a paper towel or coffee filter inside of it. Trying to put some masks around your ears can be a fit problem - not with these. Fabric is nice and soft and pattern is stylish. Delivery time was reasonable considering all that is going on. Packaging is attractive black and white check and easy to locate in mail. I AM ORDERING MORE iF I CAN LOCATE THEM.
