It’s didn’t cut my paper… my husband tried it and the same thing. I would t recommend this product.
Only works for standard paper rolls. If you purchase rolls from Sam's or Costco, this will not work unless your near the end of the roll.
Arrived quickly. Haven't used it yet but will be soon for wrapping christmas gifts. Seems like normal quality
