Like many others, I still have not received my masks. So I can not comment on quality or effectiveness. It states they shipped over a week ago, but it is only preshipment. It’s been weeks since I ordered. Just hoping they come soon or I’ll try to contact Jane.

Would love to review this product, however, I have NOT received my items purchased. I reached out to the seller and was given no info on when I should expect my shipment.

Poor communication as they only replied to email after Jane Customer Support got involved. The horrible shipping is due to the fact that these are imported from China. Mask is too small and the “filter” is about a layer thicker than your average tissue. What a waste of money.

BYER BEWARE!!!!! These are cheap masks sent from China. No wonder my order took 19 days to receive! This company is supposedly in Utah, but they just buy stuff from China and pass it off as hand made in the United States. This was my first and last order from Jane.....😡 I want a refund!!! Wish there was a way to give a score of zero. Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!!

Shipping took forever and they didn’t even send the correct colors that I ordered. Product seems flimsy, I’ll be surprised if it survives one washing.

Well I can't review an item that I haven't received yet. Im pretty sure, when I ordered these masks, it said ships in 7-10 days. Well that was May 1. Today is May 21. I finally was able to view tracking, says the items should be here May 23. Wish expected shipping would have been more honest, I probably would have made a decision to purchase elsewhere.

Took an exceedingly long time to arrive, and the wrong product was shipped.

Took weeks to receive. The masks are nice but but they were made in China, not UT like the company states they are from. I was trying to support USA businesses not China.

Took forever to receive them. Seller was good to reply to my email, once I wrote to Jane Company. Once they were finally received, the package shows they came from China. I absolutely do not want them since they were made om China!

Good quality, but took several weeks to recieve & are made in China.

The item took too long to ship. I ordered it May 1st and didn’t receive it until 3 weeks later.

Runs small. I have an average sized face. These barely cover my chin. Hard to get a decent fit. Not sure I can use them. Nicely made but not adult-sized. Maybe small woman?

Yes, comes from China and it did take forever but this one is my favorite mask because I have room for my mouth. Order one if you are ok with the wait. Just wished they would have told all of this to us in the description.

I ordered two adult masks, one blue/ turquoise and one pink. While the quality of both of the masks is fantastic, the red one was much smaller than the other. So small, that it would be better suited for a child. I was very disappointed, as that was my favorite of the two. 😕 It’s not worth the postage to return, unfortunately.

Cute but not as described. It's missing the metal nose piece. Not sure if I'll use it now.
