Customer service is excellent. My order was lost in the mail and they reached out to me when they noticed that the tracking information hadn't updated. They sent a replacement order immeditately! Love the product too!

I have to wear a mask at work, 12 hour shift, this product saved my ears from being sore, thanks.
I bought these for my grandson who has a hearing aid and the elestic bothers him and these make it so muck better!
I’m a teacher and might have to wear a mask all day long! This allows the mask to be hooked to it and not my ears as well as lets me wear earrings!!!
These help with masks that don't fit just right!
