If I could leave a review with no star I would but I didn't see that as an option. This company is horrible. I ordered months ago, emailed multiple times and jane.com also emailed regarding my order no response. Took 3 weeks to process, after all my emails and me trying to cancel my order the next day it went through, but it's December 20th and they are still not here. DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN FACT, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

NO STOCKINGS!!! Was notified that the six stockings I paid for were shipped on December 13, priority mail. They still have not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I'm very sad that we probably won't have these for Christmas!

I placed an order for four personalized stockings 4 weeks ago and here we are 5 days before Christmas and no stockings yet. I got a shipping confirmation they'd be mailed Dec. 9th but weren't shipped until Dec. 13th. My tracking number still says "in route to transit" so I have no idea where these stockings are. Please before buying these stockings, pay the extra money and go and get your personalized stockings somewhere else! Ridiculous and I hope Jane drops this "business" from their daily deals.

Shipped on Dec. 6th, still in-transit since Dec.8th. I've contacted the seller for help, with no response. It seems several other shoppers have had this issue as well. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

I didnt pay attention but these are made a different direction than most stalkings, so now we have one stocking in a different direction. The stitching looks good, just wish I had noticed it wasn't normal direction.

It has been over a month since I placed an order for these stockings and have yet to even receive word of their whereabouts!! Absolutely ridiculous service.

Stockings were estimated to be shipped by 09 December. According to USPS, a shipping label was created on the 6th, but they still do not have the package. I've sent several emails to the seller but have not heard back. All I can do now is wait two weeks and contact Jane.
