I ordered 2 stockings for my boys on November 25th. It said it would ship by December 9th, but did not ship until the 12th. I contacted the company regarding whereabouts, but I never received any kind of response. I will not order from this company again, nor would I recommend ordering from this company.

Seems to be the same as everyone else. I ordered these on thanksgiving because it says it would ship by dec 9. Looks like it actually was shipped on the 14th. But the tracking just says in transit. I've emailed the seller several times and no response. And The tracking has not changed in 8 days. I'm very disappointed. These were Christmas gifts and I leave today to drive home for the holidays. Now I have to go get my nieces something else. I'm really not sure these are even in the mail system.

I would love to leave a positive review on the item rather than such a negative review of the seller, but unfortunately I still have not received my order. I placed my order about a month ago. It was estimated to ship on December 9. The seller created the shipping label on this date, however, the actual package was not delivered to usps for another 5 days.....very deceptive. Additionally, according to tracking my package is now "delayed". Who knows if these will be received in time for the holidays! Needless to say, I am disappointed.

If I could leave a review with no star I would but I didn't see that as an option. This company is horrible. I ordered months ago, emailed multiple times and jane.com also emailed regarding my order no response. Took 3 weeks to process, after all my emails and me trying to cancel my order the next day it went through, but it's December 20th and they are still not here. DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN FACT, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

NO STOCKINGS!!! Was notified that the six stockings I paid for were shipped on December 13, priority mail. They still have not been delivered. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I'm very sad that we probably won't have these for Christmas!

I placed an order for four personalized stockings 4 weeks ago and here we are 5 days before Christmas and no stockings yet. I got a shipping confirmation they'd be mailed Dec. 9th but weren't shipped until Dec. 13th. My tracking number still says "in route to transit" so I have no idea where these stockings are. Please before buying these stockings, pay the extra money and go and get your personalized stockings somewhere else! Ridiculous and I hope Jane drops this "business" from their daily deals.
