Update: after finally receiving order, the products turned out great! Good quality! One star for time it takes to get product. Placed order weeks ago. I would love to edit my review once I receive product.

I ordered this item over 30 days. I have attempted multiple times to contact the seller via email. No response. Extremely frustrating. It seems there are many of us in the same boat. Unacceptable to steal my money and that of other patrons.

Love the stockings but had some issues with shipping. Shipping label was created the day before the original estimated ship date, then nothing happened for over a week. No response from seller so I reached out to Jane customer service who contacted seller. Still never saw a response from the seller but my items did ship and arrive 2 weeks later than planned. Also, wish the font would've been a little bigger, but my kids have short names (3 and 4 letters each).

Have not received my stocking and it looks like no one else has.

Placed an order over a month ago. Still haven't received and can't get a response from seller.

Still no sign of my stockings that were ordered over a month ago. Said the estimated shipping was July 18th but the order said it's still processing. Contacted seller twice and Jane customer service once and still have not gotten a response. Ridiculous:(

My order shows a preshipment label was created on July 17th and still has not shipped. I have tried to contact the seller and no response and i also see that i am not the only one who has had this exact problem with this particular item. This just is not acceptable and very frustrating

The T-shirt is super soft and true to size. I bought the pink with gold lettering. Its super cute, just a little hard to read due to there not being a huge contrast between the shirt and lettering colors. I still love it though!

I have tried numerous times to find out when my item will ship with no response from the seller or Jane.com. This item was supposed to ship on July 18th and as today, August 1st, there is still only a pre-shipment tracking number. Totally unacceptable.

The seller sent the wrong size. I sent three emails to the seller and no response back. Very frustrating that the seller won't response back to the emails to solve this issue.
