Monogram Christmas Raglans
I ordered this shirt weeks ago, and when I did, there was no blank to put in my monogram. I emailed the company and let them know, and also told them what my monogram was. I never heard back from them, so I'm crossing my fingers it shows up correctly. As of yet I haven't received it, and the tracking said it's been marked for mailing, but hasn't mailed yet. The tracking has said that for at least the past 8 days. I'll update my rating when I actually get my shirt, but so far I'm less than impressed with how this purchase has gone. Update: I've emailed the company twice now with no response, so I emailed Jane and am asking them to see what they can find out. It's now been officially a month since I ordered my shirt. Pretty over the whole thing. Next update: Jane has been SO helpful, and directed the company to email me, but I still haven't heard from anyone at Natty Threads. Jane gets an A+ for their customer service, but I absolutely would not ever recommend buying anything from Natty Threads. Finally gave up and got a refund from Jane. Buyer beware...don't buy anything from this company!!
