I would give them 5 stars but I have been trying to order 2 more blank stockings (1 red & 1 Black/White) for my grand-baby on the way since I ordered my original order Nov 15th. The site would not let me order stockings without embroidery so I have been emailing Jane.com and Nattythreads and have gotten no where! Did not think this would be a problem but apparently customer service is not good with Jane.com or Nattythreads. Stockings are nicely made and I love them. Just want 2 more without embroidery :-(

I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because shipping took ssooooo long! They are adorable but it took over a month after the order that they arrived.

PERFECT!

After waiting almost a month.. I finally received my shirt. The shirt is very soft and seems to be good quality, but customer service was less than exceptional. I waited until after the estimated delivery date to contact the company about the fact that my order still had not shipped. A few hours after I sent my email, the tracking showed that the post office received my package. I received a generic email a few days later saying that it was shipped. I placed my order 11/15 and emailed them 12/3. I finally received my order today, 12/9.
