The stockings were great and very nice quality; however, the customer service was less than OK. I emailed immediately after my order to add the paw prints as shown in the photos. They said they couldn't change an order but there was never an option to add them during the ordering process. I then emailed 3 more times over the next several weeks because the estimated ship date was November 22 and they weren't shipped until December 5th. I didn't recieve a single response until I addressed how unprofessional it was. Again, I love the stockings but not the service.

Estimated shipping date was Nov 30th and shirt was not shipped until Dec 5th. I ordered the black Cheers to the New Year shirt with gold lettering and received the black shirt with the correct words but the words are in white, not gold. The shirt looks very plain with the just white lettering which is why I wanted gold lettering. There was no option to choose the font color so I assumed I would get the shirt matching the picture. I have reached out to the company and have not received a reply.

Never received product and had to contact them numerous times, never got an answer but after a month got a refund!

The stockings are great HOWEVER I ordered 4 and only recieved 3. I emailed them and they got back to me right aways saying they would get it made and shipped out that day. Since then I have tried to contact them to make sure it shipped and get the tracking number and no response. All I have to say is I better get my other childs stocking before Christmas!

Took forever to ship!

Great quality and exactly as pictured. They look fantastic on my mantle!

Love our new stockings. Got both patterns and they turned out great. Also came quicker than I thought they would.

These are very cute and extremely reasonable

Although these are super cute, the shipping and customer service were bad. It shipped almost two weeks after the date that was estimated to ship. Then took about three emails to finally get a response that they shipped with no apology.

Runs super small can't even fit into it.
