I've emailed the seller 3 times inquiring about the item I ordered, and haven't had a response The item shows it was shipped Dec. 7 Shipping charges were $7.99, and I still haven't received the item or haven't heard from the seller Today is Dec. 19 I asked the seller if they could track it from their end, but haven't got a response

Ordered Novemver 25, product said it would ship by December 10, I have emailed the seller multiple times along with Jane. No response to either of us. Now days before Christmas i have to shop for 10 people, very very disapointed. Just a response with some sort of explanation would have been nice.
