Adorable shirt, but "j" is backwards in the monogram. It looks like an "L". I've emailed twice and still have not heard back on how to replace it or get a refund.

Never received Christmas shirts. Seller didn't respond and Jane support was no help. Filed a claim with PayPal. Do not order - will not receive products or response.

Beautiful and soft!

I ordered this prior to thanksgiving, and reasonably assumed it would be here by Christmas. However it is 12/22/20 and the order is still processing. It did not ship by the listed shipping date of 12/10/20. I have also reached out to the seller and received no response or acknowledgment. I have not had this issue with anything sold on Jane before, not even other personalized items. In the future I will avoid Natty Threads.
