My watch band broke within 30 minutes of opening the package and putting it on. Very disappointed since I loved the design and the color was perfect. With all of that being said, I reached out to the seller and got a response within 24 hours and was told that the band would be remade the same day and sent out to me. I appreciate the prompt customer service and correction of the issue. The band is truly ADORABLE.

I was very disappointed. Saying dark colors show the prints “subtly” is an understatement. I originally thought I was sent a plain blue watch band. Not sure why they looked so much nicer on line. I could’ve saved half the money, and bought a plain blue watch band on Amazon. To pay $15.99, I would have expected the ability to see the design. You know it’s bad when your a teacher and the kids notice everything on me. This, they did not. Sincerely, Dr. Lisa Koch
