The watchband was perfect. However, I made a mistake in ordering and got a logo on one side of the band I rely did not want. I contacted the seller asking if there was a way I could order just one side of the band. She said they were out of my color but were expecting a shipment in about a week. About two weeks later I received a completely new watch band with a logo that the seller suggested at no charge, I might add. The watchband is great, but the customer service is even better. I will definitely buy from them again!
