Beautiful earrings

Never received. Emailed seller, no response

One of the studs came bent

I ordered this item (size 7 horseshoe ring) on 6/26. The Jane listing provided a shipping estimate of 7/5. Tracking showed "pre-shipment, label created" on 7/1. After not receiving my order for several weeks, I contacted the seller on 7/20 and 7/24. Mub did not respond either time. I then reached out to Jane. They contacted the seller twice on my behalf, and again, no response from Mub. Thankfully Jane was able to initiate a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this seller as no matter the potential quality of the product, their communication is 100% lacking.

The band on one of the rings is very thin and silver bends easily. Disappointed to know these are made in Thailand, thought this was a USA company
