When received, earrings did not match at all. They were different colors & size. I contacted them several times by email, no response. I had to contact Jane's customer service, they reached out to them also, still no response. All I wanted was them to send a pair that was the same match. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them.

BUYER BEWARE: Ring is very pretty. However, I ordered 2 rings and only received one of them. I have emailed the company and have not received a response. I will update this rating when they respond. It's quite frustraighting as I purchased the set of rings as a gift and now I'm waiting for what I paid for and/or for someone to let me know what's going on. Update: I am furious with this company! It has been several days and several emails and they still have not replied. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this company as I see I'm not alone in their terrible customer service. Jane is trying to contact the company as well but isnt having any luck. I guess they only have an email address, I would think they would have a phone number or a better way to contact their sellers.
I bought one for my daughter and I. they made our toes itch and hurt so bad we had to take them off! i ended up throwing it away.

This seller doesn't get back with you and doesn't even respond to Jane Support. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend. Much cuter rings and more styles from other sellers on Jane.com and on Amazon.
