I received this shirt and washed it (as directed, and also by itself) and it came out with the shirt blotchy as if the dye had faded in certain spots. I was very excited, but I feel like the shirt had a manufacture defect, as I've never had this problem with this brand of shirt before. I would really just like a replacement as the one I have now isn't wearable, but I did love it prior to washing. I've contacted Jane with no response and I am very disappointed.

When I received this product the lettering was coming off of the shirt. I have asked for a replacement or a refund and I still have not heard anything back from the seller. I bought this shirt SEVERAL months ago and have never been able to wear it due to the malfunctioning.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you had problems with your shirt. However you never reached out to us let us know that you had a problem. If we don't know, we aren't able to correct your shirt or look for the cause of the problem. In some cases there are problems on our end that we are able to quickly rectify, like a setting on a machine, or in some cases there is a problem with the raw materials and we can contact our vendors. In this case, you did reach out to Jane but not us and you were refunded the same day.
