There was a bit of miscommunication on the order but working with her was super easy. We got it cleared up in no time and now my son is wearing a really cool shirt to help support his brother's baseball team!

Material was silk and cream, not like pictured. Poor quality. Case was delivered with missing names. I had to send the defective one back before she would send me new one. New one still had a name spelled incorrectly, and black blotches of screenprint on it.Unable to give to my mom for mother's day. Unprofessional customer service, unwilling to make things right, unwilling to answer emails. Do not recommend for product and customer service.

I washed this shirt when I got it and the image ended up cracked on multiple places. I hung it to dry. Poor quality.

I had high hopes for this, but would not recommend. Order was supposed to ship by 4/27 and shipped closer to 5/10 after having to reach out to supplier multiple times. item arrived and varsity letters are screened and don’t pop out at all. Jane support was zero help just saying well it finally shipped so…

T-shirt was so cute very soft - wore them to Nashville

I have done contacted Jane & will be getting a refund. Not sure how to contact the seller it’s self. I ordered a shirt for my sons football league with the team name longhorns (it’s clearly stated on my invoice of team name)…my face when i opened my package was priceless…highly upset. I did receive the color of the shirt i asked for but the “team name” is beyond wrong. The shirt says gamecocks. Gamecocks…not sure where that even came from… I can’t even use it as an every day shirt… Bummed…so bummed… Jus curious how this even happened!!!

I love the design of this shirt and ordered another one previously that had no issues. I think this shirt’s vinyl was pressed incorrectly and cracked and peeled after 1 wash. So bummed!

The gold looked like tan and the letters are small.

Heather Gray ended up being a charcoal gray. The font I choose thinking it was a Heather gray shirt/background was black but when the shirt came it was a charcoal gray and the black font doesn’t show up. Very disappointed as this was a Mothers Day gift.
