Clip broke first time using. Email not returned.
The front buckle for the closure strap broke off the very next day after I received the bag. I am still awaiting a response from the seller to return it for a refund
For someone who like large bags

The bag is scuffed on bottom corner and not very pretty. Looks kinda worn

I do like the purse but the zipper wont unzip. The liner seems to be stuck in the zipper. I haven't been able to get it unstuck.
I did not read carefully and thought I was ordering a Michael Kors. The purse is nice but would not have ordered if I had paid more attention to detail.
The purse looks cute, but the material is not worth the $40 I paid for it. It certainly doesn’t look like something I would pay $150+ (original price according to the listing on Jane). The first bag arrived damaged. The zipper located in the middle of the bag was jammed. Tried to gently “fix” it but gave up on it after several tries. Contacted the seller and was offered a replacement purse. The second purse seemed to be “alright” when I first unwrapped the packaging paper... until I began unzipping the middle compartment of the purse. Again, it jammed. After gently trying to move the zipper I realized it was catching on the fabric lining on the inside of the pocket (same issue as the first bag). I then realized that the lining was partly unsown, likely causing the zipper to jam. The upside to all of this is that the seller has been very polite so far. I am waiting to hear back from them about the repeated issue with the replacement
It’s a beautiful purse but a little too big and it needs more pockets for “every day” use. However, I have needed a bag for my laptop, so which is a perfect fit...... that might give anyone reading this review an idea of the size. I still gave it 3 stars for the the wallet which has enough room for iPhone, money, credit card and a lipstick, so that’s what I use most of the time. I get compliments on my purse every time I use it, I just wish it was a bit smaller, with more compartments.... I would be able to sell these for you every time I use it!😊
This purse is smaller than I thought. The shoulder strap is way too long also
I’d recommend this still but the navy doesn’t look like the picture. I expected it to be a full dark navy color. Instead the only full dark navy is the front patch,handles and strap. You could almost says it’s more dark cobalt blue than navy.
No pockets to organize. very attractive and seems to be well constructed.
It doesn't look like an original I thought it was
The bag and wallet were very pretty and packaged well to prevent any scratching of any of the components, however both were much smaller than anticipated. I couldn't use either. If you don't need a lot of space or pockets for organization then go for it, otherwise take a pass.
The inside pocket does not have a wide opening.
Love my bag. Has a little black mark on it but will use! Just wish they hadn’t been sold out of the pink! Lots of room!

Ordered the pink & black. Love the look of the bag & wallet. Divided well enough that I think things will stay organized well enough. The center zipper is horrible though. Teeth are bent and it makes opening & closing difficult.
