My daughter just loved her purse for Christmas!

I originally bought the bag to get the wallet. The wallet is perfect size to grab and go and I love the buffalo plaid pattern. When I want to carry an actual purse, the bag holds so much. I refer to it as the "Mary Poppins Bag" lol I have gotten a lot of compliments on the bag and the wallet.

I don't know if this purse is nice or not-I received a purse that was very similar to this one by mistake and the size was disappointing. Not sure if I want to try the other one beings I have to ship this one back.

The zipper was broke and I have to leave it open.

This purse looks very cheap. The pictures online gave me/the buyer a false sense of quality. Very disappointed in this item and need to determine if it can be returned.

This purse arrived with a broken strap. I contacted seller to let them know it was broken and I would like to return. I haven’t heard back from the seller. The purse is not well made and had loose strings hanging out of the seams. I messaged the seller again. I hope they respond.

Not what I expected

Arrived with stitching already coming out. I have reached out twice through email with no response.

Opened the box tonight - inside zipper does not work - sent an email to Jane.com - email returned as message not delivered as remote server is misconfigured. I need to know how to return this item and receive a credit on my credit card please. Clicked on contact seller and that did not respond either. Ordered a solid black bag - not overly impressed with quality either. Thank you for your prompt response.
