Bag arrived quickly! Love the color. Nice dividers & pocket for phone, zipper works! It even has a bag cover to store it in the closet and keep it dust free!

1 star because two of the zipper pulls fell off the first day I used the purse and I never found them and customer service won’t reply to my email.
Clip broke first time using. Email not returned.
It’s a beautiful purse but a little too big and it needs more pockets for “every day” use. However, I have needed a bag for my laptop, so which is a perfect fit...... that might give anyone reading this review an idea of the size. I still gave it 3 stars for the the wallet which has enough room for iPhone, money, credit card and a lipstick, so that’s what I use most of the time. I get compliments on my purse every time I use it, I just wish it was a bit smaller, with more compartments.... I would be able to sell these for you every time I use it!😊
