Still haven’t received it
Never received it. Limited response from customer service. Filing a claim with PayPal.
I was so excited too order these as Christmas gifts but the clips on the blue shoulder strap are arrived broken. I’m not sure about the others they are wrapped for Christmas, but I’m very nervous about them now. Was expecting better quality product.
The M’s on the purse are Navy. I thought they were gray. They look gray in the pic. Nope. Navy.
It’s fine. It’s fake though. Just be aware if you want authentic. It works fine. Perhaps not the best quality. Good for here and there use.
The quality isnt as good as I expected, but it is a great size and suits my needs well.
I love this crossbody. My only complaint is that the wristlet strap already broke but the purse strap is holding up pretty well.
