I order 2 pairs of these, one for me and one for a gift. The one I for me doesn’t hold a charge. The left one dies after about 10 minutes and the right one after about 20. That’s after charging them overnight with the provided charger. I emailed the seller about it several days ago and haven’t received a response. Not impressed with the product or the customer service.
Never received product. Order July 26. Emailed seller no response. Emailed Jane whom emailed seller 3 business days later no response. Emailed Jane today per their instructions. Will live chat tomorrow if no response from Jane. Hum.mmm first issues I have had with anything on Jane
