Haven't tried them out yet, but they are so cute and soft! I'm sure they will do awesome here in Alaska I do wish they weren't 2 of the same, rather 2 different styles instead

Did not charge our devices. Took over an hour just to get 1%.
Received shipping update on 12/14 and radio silence since then with no product in hand. USPS hasn't been updated since 12/15 and seller has yet to respond to request of what to do next. Missed Christmas as present and now just hope we either receive the items or our money back.
After the first day it stopped charging my phone and just charges my watch.
If I could give this zero stars I would. Charger did not work I emailed the seller 3x . No responsefinally lly contacted Jane customer support for assista and only then did and the se lly res ded and oeed to send a replace, which I never received I emailed Jane support again, and Jane issued my refund Hoping they remove this seller from Jane ment

I am able to charge my watch, but when I put my phone on there, it shows charging, but actually doesn't charge. I'm pretty disappointed.
Barely works not gonna be much use. Very sensitive. Can't use a thick case or a pop socket.
Difficult charging .
It’s just ok. Wish cord was a little longer.
