Not the best mask. Odd size

Disappointing quality. Tiny coverage for my average 7 year old. “Adjustable” uneven straps barely meet to tie together around his ears. In hindsight I’m frustrated that I agreed to pay this much for the final product.

These are pretty poorly made. They say they are adjustable but there is not adjusting mechanism. They are also very loose stitched.

I ordered 3 of these for kids. The stitching is poor quality. They do not have ear loops, but four ties, which frayed immediately. One of them was the ice cream pattern and the filter pocket is on the bottom. So, if the ice cream cones are right-side-up, the filter will fall out and, if you want the filter to stay in, the pattern will be upside down. Overall, these weren’t the quality I had expected.

Not super impressed! They are very thin and you have to tie the ear straps. They are not as pictured. Also you do not have enough length to sufficiently tie you will need an ear strap adjuster. Which are included on other mask I have ordered from Jane, but not on these. I probably should return!

The mask I received was not made like the ones shown. The edges were very uneven and crooked as if they were rushing making them. There are also two lines of pen marks on mine. I contacted the company about this and over a week later still have not had a response. I have bought a few masks from other companies on Jane with no issues that were good quality. I can not say the same for this mask.

Great quality and the color is pretty. However, it took 18 days to receive from time of purchase AND I paid for shipping. If I'm paying for shipping I expect to receive it in 5-8 days, not 18 days. Ridiculous.

Very soft and such pretty fabrics, but just a smaller size than I would like for a baby burp rag.

I am not sure how these masks have such high ratings. It is the reason why I paid so much for them. They are of very poor quality. The material is akin to the cheap synthetic and thin bed sheets from Target. The stitching is hurried and raveling. The ear loops are pieces of un-hemmed fabric that’s folded over. The filter “pocket” is a gap in the top hem that is too small for a filter to slip into, so you have to shimmy the filter around through the small hole. The “pocket” does not hold the filter in place. One mask was cut so that none of the cute print is visible, so it’s just a white mask. (The company did refund me for that one.) But other masks are cut so that the print is off center and only printed on the edge. Please be aware that these items are not eligible for return due to Jane’s return policy. I could have gotten twice as many high quality masks from different sellers at this price. I’m very displeased with these masks and hate that I’ve wasted so much money on masks that we will not use. Edited to add: during the whole process of communicating with the seller, Jane customer service have been top notch and even credited me for the masks! I❤️Jane!
