I have ordered multiple face masks from different companies but only want to wear these. They are soft, stay put and the loops are comfy.

HORRIBLE product. It took a very long time to deliver this package. After over a konth it said "delivered" but I did not receive it. Several days later I received it only to find face smaks that were WAY too small for my kids and husband. We got adjustable and non adjustable. Very bad quality as well. Reached out to the seller and was told that they could not help me because they were busy with a project and I could not return. HORRIBLE, that a company takes hard earned money for a worthless product that their consumers cannot use.

Shipping time was too long. Mask is ok.

Ordered 2 kids and 1 adult. I gave it a 3 star because the adult one with closed loops is good and the stitching looks good. The children's masks have poor stitching lines, and the mask is too small for my average sized 9 year old. The adjustable straps on the kids are uneven and just look super cheap.

I agree with April below. My order was exactly the same with the llama mask (quality and wait time.) Colors are not as bright as example. I also understand print placement is different for each mask but it’s disappointing when you don’t even have 1 llama on the front of mask. The back is pleated and sewn crooked so it can’t be reversed...not that there are any llamas on that side either. Very disappointed.

My daughter was so excited to get her llama mask and had been looking forward to it since I placed the order on 6/30. When the mask finally arrived on 7/22, to say that she was disappointed is an understatement I understand that the mask isn't going to look exactly like the one pictured because of the way the print is on the fabric but there is not one visible full llama on the mask - and unless you are looking closely and know what you are looking for, you couldn't tell that it is a llama print. The material feels like bedsheets which is fine - just a different feel than other masks that I have. Overall just disappointed at the time it took for the mask to arrive and the lack of a fully visible llama on the mask..

This is my favorite reusable mask! Fits my face doesn't hurt my ears or face from being too tight! Very cooling material
