Seller didn't actually ship the items until I questioned where they were after the tracking said that it had been shipped at least a week beforehand. Had to get Jane involved in order to receive product.

When a seller is still in possession of an item it would only show as “pre-transit” or “tracking added”. In your case USPS did have your items and decided when they wanted it to move from their location. I’m truly sorry that USPS took so long to get your product to you. A review like this does tend to look like something it wasn’t.

The earrings were adorable! When I had a question about the product, the customer service was fast and honest. Sadly the post broke off shortly after having worn them for about a week. I feel it was normal conditions for an 8 year old so I feel they should have lasted longer
