My keychain came cracked. Cheap and lame.

I emailed you a message and asked for a photo of it because I whole heartedly wanted to make it right. I use high quality chain links and the keychain letter it’s self is extremely hard to crack. I’m sorry I have no clue what could have happened you never tried to contact me so I could send you a new one. I make them by hand it’s not cheap. I have to use a lot of protective gear to make these keychains. I just wish you would have contacted me before leaving a heartless comment!
