I love these therapy sets. They’re so relaxing from the microwave and the lavender smell is amazingly calming. I haven’t try it cold yet, I suffer from migraines and thankfully haven’t needed it yet but I want to have it handy.

WAY smaller than the pictures make it look, at least in my opinion. I was expecting full size where it could wrap around my whole tummy, but it definitely is only a strip (even the one that looks like it should be bigger)— I probably would not have bought if I had known how small they were, I would have looked for a bigger option because that’s what my family needed at the time. Quality seems good though.
