I have been looking for a hot/cold pack for my shoulders. I love hearing this up and applying lavender to the pack. It's a perfect way to relax my shoulders after a stressful day.

The peppermint scent is devine while wearing these. I was worried if it would be overpowering and it is not. My son had a stomachache and laid it on his belly. He felt better and couldn’t stop lifting it to his nose to smell it more. Thanks!!
