Ordered this product and never received it along with some other packages. Contacted them all to see if they could help and they all did except this boutique and I never got my necklace. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I bought the #F1-the charcoal sparkly earrings that look like a cascade of pieces. They are so beautiful, much more so in person. Highly recommend. Color in photos is true to color.
