Cheap looking

The first necklace they sent was broken, I emailed them and they were so quick to respond and the new necklace arrived within 2 days. They were very quick to respond and sent me a free necklace along with the replacement
Bought it for my daughter. She loves it, I'm not sure it will last long. It's not as thick & durable as other jewelry I've ordered on Jane.
