Decent but was big. Bought based on number size but should have sized down
Super cute!
I ordered a size medium in black, but was sent a size large in green. It’s a cute dress, however it is not what I ordered. It also took several weeks to arrive. Very disappointed. It’s always a hassle to make a return, especially when the item wasn’t what was even ordered.
Love it. Great green color. Soft and comfy, but nice quality.
This jacket is very cute and does run on the small side. I usually wear small in most items but order mediums from Jane.com. This medium is pretty snug…My problem with the jacket is the color. I thought it was black even though there was no color option. The picture of the model in the jacket looked black but when I received it the color was called plum and it is an ugly brown looking plum. I hope to be able to return the item. Also the shipping took several weeks.

Edit: Since I made my review Customer Care reached out to me and apologized. Advised there were issues with shipping. They offered a full refund and to keep the dress. I changed my one star to three. The person that emailed back and forth with was very kind and apologetic. I would not buy from this seller ever again! They advertise FAST shipping within two business days. I needed this dress for an engagement photo shoot and had 10 days from the date I purchased it for when I needed it. I’m thinking more than enough time right? Even if it took 5 business days. Nearly 3 weeks later I received this product in the mail.
Great sweater!! Beautiful color and very well made!! One of my favorites!
Upon arrival it came with a snag and the start of a hole right in the front part of the neckline so there is no hiding it. Not acceptable for the price!
The company sent me a bigger size which was great but didn’t seem much different
I am 5’1 and 124 lbs. The shirt shirt was too big overall, I contacted the seller regarding a return and she responded very quickly and offered me a refund without the return. That is what I call customer service and why I love supporting small businesses. I will be donating my shirt to either a family member or to a local school’s clothing warehouse.
It says it shipped over 2 weeks ago and there hasn’t been an update since. No reply for the seller and I still don’t have the package. I would like a refund but they won’t reply.

I would like to return the item as even the large was way to small for my daughter. It seemed like it was a nice quality, but I was able to find a similar one elsewhere.

After some shipping issues that was corrected by the company, I received the dress. My daughter loves it and it fits her beautifully. Word of advice - it’s light material and kind of see through - so have a good slip (which we do)!!! Love it!
