It does not look like the picture. The neckline is a cheap piece of lace sewn to the sweater. The sweater has an awful itchy feel to it.

Bri Smocked Chest Midi Dress

I found that just the top half of this dress to run small - I couldn’t button it in the back. If I weren’t a 36dd it probably would’ve been ok. Also - I kept trying to pull the sleeves down by my wrist. Overall I love the dress - just wish the top part fit me better.
