Not only did my earrings arrive damaged, the color was falsely advertised. The turquoise earring is more of a deep blue/green. I sure wish a low star review could attach photos. I am currently going through Jane for a refund as there was no option to contact seller. I don’t not recommend this product or this company.

Never received my necklace and seller never responded

I was sent a completely different color than any pictured or the one I ordered. The seller was non-responsive for 5 days despite Jane and I contacting them. Finally I was offered the correct one or a refund with the explanation “We are out of this color but have more coming in Friday.” Why send a totally random color then? I’m waiting on the correct color to finally, hopefully ship out tomorrow.

Good Quality but very big
