The gold necklace with the double leaves broke apart the first time i wore it. My grandson barely gave it a tug and the necklace broke apart. I was out to dinner with my family and it was humiliating.

Cute fashion necklaces, but not exactly great quality. The BOGO deal was a good bargain. I would've been upset if I had paid full price because of the quality, but at BOGO, I didn't mind as much...

This took almost an entire month to get to me… i ordered other items the same day and go those within 2 weeks.I tried contacting the seller to just cancel the order because tracking said it was in Florida still with no response and then it eventually showed up. But the order came with a necklace I did not order.

These necklaces never arrived and tracking says they were delivered to another state I contacted the seller and never heard back. It’s been over a month and I can’t believe they are still able to sell on this site. After lots of purchases on Jane, I will no longer order from Jane.

Awful. Sent one wrong necklace and the other (gold with tree) was just an empty gold circle. DO NOT BUY!

The necklace was beautiful but arrived broken. When I reached out to customer service a half attempt to resolve my damaged necklace was started but never resolved. I did not get a replacement or refund.

As long as you stick to the silver necklaces you're fine. I got one silver and one that had silver and gold and the gold looks very cheap. This is my 2nd order from this company and will not be doing another order with them again. Very disappointing.
